Director of Userxp Limited a user centred design and information architecture consultancy based in London. Self employed since December 2002, operating initially as a sole trader before setting up a Limited company in April 2007.

Ten years experience working in usability, information architecture and user centred design. A further eighteen months experience working as a consultant performing questionnaire and focus group research. Two degrees directly relevant to usability; a bachelors in Psychology and masters in Ergonomics.

Involved in the development of internet sites within industries as varied as automotive, finance, consumer electronics and telecommunications. Experience on projects ranging from small campaigns to international corporate sites and e-commerce. Has also developed interfaces for mobile devices, kiosks and desktop applications.
