The majority of work Userxp undertakes is on a freelance basis for some of the larger web development and interactive advertising agencies. These include Agency.com, LBI, AKQA, Archibald Ingal Stretton. This work involves working as part of the agencies team in the role of user experience specialist or usability consultant. We also work directly with a number of smaller clients.

C&T Network

C&T is a theatre charity that helps teach children through drama techniques.  Userxp was commissioned to perform initial research and develop wireframes and flow diagrams specifying site content and functionality for the C&T Network.  The site allows students and teachers to share content produced in theatre projects.

The Complete University Guide

The complete university guide provides information for students on universities and courses in the United Kingdom. Userxp reviewed page structure in order to identify barriers to search engine optimisation and identified keywords to use within the site copy and page description to improve search ranking.

The Hairforce

The hairforce provides a unique approach to the treatment of headlice. The provide a nit cleaning service rather than relying on chemical based products Userxp preformed the initial work on their website developing the site structure and content before handing over the project to one of our partner companies, Karyx.

iAnnounce

iAnnounce is a web service that adds value to traditional newspaper advertising by generating a personalised, interactive web page for every advertiser. Userxp reviewed the site for usability issues and provided detailed recommendations for improvements.

Overcoming – Mental Health Practitioners’ site

The mental health practitioners site provides information and resources for those working in the field of mental health. Userxp was tasked with defining site requirements and developing the sites structure and page contents, as well as providing search engine optimisation.
